Welcome to Croom! Croom is almost in the exact centre of County Limerick, nine miles west of Limerick City on the N20. It is located mainly in the barony of Coshma, with part of the parish in Pubblebrien. Croom is situated on the river Maigue, and was a place of importance from an early date, although the town itself did not develop until the building of the castle.
